Concerns
Solutions
students have dificulty when no "right or wrong" answer
practice through questioning techniques (Thank you spell check.. aka Brian)
maintaining focus of the project
Use rubric as a guide for learning
higher level thinking is often difficult
Practice and task analysis
standards do not correlate with state testing
What is your solution?!(exclamation point brought to you by Brian)
time on tasks
control and monitor student progress by suggested time for each task
How would you monitor student progress? Through form evaluation or observation?
Comments:
In the elementary our standards do correlate with our state testing. Is that not true in the HS?
We agree with the practicing of no right or wrong answers because it will hopefully make them feel more comfortable with those kinds of questions.
